Hi from Southeast London Empty
PostSubject: Hi from Southeast London   Hi from Southeast London EmptyMon Aug 19, 2013 11:34 am

Hey everybody, I recently purchased a 1986 Yamaha SR125 as a post-CBT bike for my wife.

I have decided to spend the upcoming bank holiday making some basic improvements to it, with a view to running a budget cafe racer project come October.

It's not my first project bike, but it is the first time I've bothered doing this with a 125.

First order of business is to clean up the lines under the seat and fit some flat bars. I am bidding on some tracker type bars on ebay and have ordered a pod filter for the carb.

Next will be to try to relocate the battery to the swingarm.

Photos to follow...
