| Hello my names Sam. Started to look at these bike a few weeks back, now im hooked.
Im quite keen on getting an old honda cb. Not planning much for it exept from removing fairings and chopping the rear so the seat is the rearmost point. I was just wondering in terms of mot test etc. will chopping the back off effect this? Will i have to get the bike tested?

| chopping the rear subframe will not effect the mot, however make sure it is still safe, it may need additional bracing also you will need to think of how and where the rear lights will locate. | |

| What sort of CB? The rear frame on most is superflous, but don't go too drastic, you need somewhere to hang your arse! :-) | |
