Hello All
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Travis. I got interested in caferacers because I was looking for a project. I was interetsed in cars Muscle/tunners/exotics you name it. Im not mechanical at all but I wanted a project that I could tinker with and learn. I have been looking for over a year and came across caferacers and I was instantly hooked. I love the history behind what a true cafe racer is. Because of todays economy its almost a throw back to those days, making something out of whatever you can find. Im looking forward to reading the forums and sharing my own input as I build my own project. Thank you Smile

Travis

Hi Travis and welcome. You'll find a lot of like minded souls on here, ranging from teenagers to veterans like myself (55 and that's my age, lnot the number of bikes I've owned!) There's always someone on here with help or advice, so get your project underway and remember, we all like photos!

Thank you
Once I get the bike (78 Kawasaki KZ650D) I will take photos as the project tranforms into what I hope is a great Cafe bike.
