Hello from the south coast UK Empty
PostSubject: Hello from the south coast UK   Hello from the south coast UK EmptyTue Jan 20, 2015 2:33 pm

Been ages since I registered on any forums (like about 10 years !), but as I am in the middle of building my first attempt at a café racer, it seemed like the right thing to do. Been into bikes for years, but got out of sports bikes about 15 years ago, in favour of more trackdays and a supermoto for the road.
I have been getting itchy feet about doing something on the building front for a while now and a(what seemed) suitable donor bike came up at a time when I was weak and susceptible to temptation. I try to ride all year round, but the cold seems to get to me more these days.
The Bike build seems to have gathered speed as the days got shorter ! I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel and am looking forward to putting it all together for the final time.
