Hello everybody,

I'm Wouter (you can say Walter, we dutch pronounce the ou as in 'bounce')), 19 years old and from the Netherlands. I got my license a month ago and I've recently fallen in love with cafe racers! I'm looking for a nice beginners bike at the moment, it's really a pity that for next two years I can only drive a 25 KW bike (34 HP) according to dutch law:( So I'd already seen some nice honda cb400 and cb650 bikes but I'll probably start with a cb250 or something. Other suggestions are welcome! Bikes I really admit are bmw r60/5, Honda gb500 and some triumph and norton models:) I also really like the nero by bandit 9 (can't post links as new member apparently so you have to look it up for yourself).

In everyday life I study European studies at the University of Amsterdam, further hobbies of mine are producing music (mostly house/techno), playing guitar, snowboarding and longboarding.

I'll probably won't start any projects soon, but the building topics are really an inspiration and keep the dreams of my own cafe racer alive!

Cheers (and excuses for my english, I'm working on it Exclamation )

Hi Wouter and welcome, good luck with the project when you get going, and don't worry about your English mate, I reckon it's far better than the majority of this forum's Dutch!
