How do you post photos

Trying to post photos from ipad . Getting the chose photo thing, pick one, hit host, get a list of 3 https, then what do I do please. I'm crap with computers, thanks Pete

I had to open a photobucket account and copy the photo links across from there, there's probably other ways of doing it which others on here might know but i'm crap with computers too and that's the only way I could work out
