If I'm converting my 1993 400 Bandit to a cafe racer style bike, then no reason why your Ducati shouldn't be classed the same. I would consider them modern (ish) examples of the genre.
Nice to see someone else posting on and supporting the site!

Hi, you have a very nice machine, a good modern take on the theme, but for me a ducati would have to be the paul smart rep, regards, Mark.

Is my half faired 1994 SS a cafe racer ?
I'd have to say no. It's a sports bike. No axe to grind. I had the 750 version back in the day and it was one of the sweetest bikes I've owned but Cafe Racer ? Nah. This though is a different matter. It represents pure unadulterated beauty. Keira Knightly not too rough either.
