PostSubject: Greetings From Sunny Chester   Greetings From Sunny Chester EmptyTue Dec 03, 2013 3:43 pm

Hi all,

New member to the site and obviously I have an unhealthy interest in all things motorcycle based so hopefully should fit in Very Happy

I found this site by pure luck, I have just started on my 1987 Honda H100 cafe project and will post updates as I go.

I normally ride a CBR600RR and just want a cool little bike for popping to the shops on without having to put a full leather on etc etc

This will be my first project so the H100 is an ideal contender, 2 stroke, single cylinder with very little in the way of electrics to mess with.

Unfortunately the one I bought was left to rot in a shed for 15 years so needs a lot of work to get it back to being a beauty. It did start though when I first got it so at least the engine works Smile

The other bonus with buying a pig of a bike is that it only cost me £50.

I think I have a bargain but ask me again in 6 months when I have probably spent £1000 on it Smile

I will make a separate project post along the way...........

Thanks.

I will start a build topic later today.

What is the best way of getting photos onto a post. Is there an agreed way in this forum that suits everyone?

Easiest way is use a host site such as Photobucket.
