Hi to all you cafe racer dudes out there in bikerland Very Happy
My names Nigel and I've been into bikes since I was a kid. First ever 2 wheels with an engine was when I was 12, my brother and I bought a Honda C90 step through and I remember the gear change cable had snapped so we bodged a metal clothes hanger on to the gear change mechanism which we could just about operate as we raced around on the local 'common' ahhh those were the days, no licence, no insurance, no tax, no MOT, no lid, no cares Laughing can't ever remember getting caught by plod Laughing I'm sure that even if we got caught we would have just had a clip round the ear and taken home to Mum & Dad like the time we got caught scrumping apples from a local orchard Rolling Eyes
Can you imagine what would happen in todays world if we had been caught in either scenario???
Anyways I'm rambling so I will shut-up now, well untill the next post
I'm currently building a '91 Triumph Trident 900 Cafe Racer and will post up pics of the build soon.
Take care out there and may the force be with you!
