Cb750f 1980 what upgraded forks can I fit?

Hi all
Kind of new to cafe racers.
I want to upgrade the forks and calipers and open to options.
I would like to keep it all Honda but boot a major problem if not.
All I am after if anyone has put a newer fork on an old bike like this was hoping for a Cbr 600 or something like that.
Any comments would be appreciated.

don't know much about hondas, but i'd keep away from usd forks on an old bike, they look crap. most sports bikes from the early 80's had 18" wheels, & by the mid 80's they had 16" fronts. will they rub on mud guard of new forks will discs & calipers line up.if you go for 17" wheels you'll have a much wider choice, but they may look crap.

with the forks it'll probably be easyer to just uprate the internal springs and fork oil. that way you'll keep the 'right way upies' look and have a better front end
