Honda CB400N Empty
PostSubject: Honda CB400N   Honda CB400N EmptySun Feb 24, 2013 10:57 am

Hello, Im new to this site but have an old CB400N thats soon to be rebuilt. Its the results of a trade my brother had done some 5 years or so back and Ive kinda taken it over as a project. When he first got it we rode trials together (him on his RMX250 suzuki and me on the CB) and cruise back roads of the small town I live in. Poor bike was in bad shape when we got, horrible green paint job, blinkers missing, slightly rusted, and bad tires but still run great. Wire harness was bad along with the battery so it was a must to park it on a hill side to give a roll start. Had some good times riding with my brother on these bikes. The RMX250 would smoke the CB off the start line but given any distance the CB would blow the fenders off that RMX. At the moment the bike has been sitting under a tree at my parents place for about 2 years. I have a fellow employ that likes to tinker with bikes and he is looking into lights, blinkers, parts, ext... to get it back in good condition. Will probably put some before and after pictures of this dinosaur on this page as soon as we pull it out of the weeds and get started on the rebuild. Also, any help as far as hunting down parts would be helpful. I live in Arkansas about an hour north of Little Rock.
Thanks, Brandon
