I have managed to get the headers finished, i need to order a couple of danmoto gp style stainless silencers. Here's a few pics of the headers anyway.
System is going to be 4-2 btw. I am hoping to get the Tig welding finished tomorrow, and do the valve shims over the weekend. And fingers crossed fire her up!

At last i have had the bike running today, Had a couple of issues, Carb float valves not shutting off (replaced float valve) and cam cover gasket weeping (ATV gasket sealant).
I got the oil pressure up before starting and it fired up first time.
Just need the danmoto silencers and the tank sealing, then of for some paint.
As soon as it is complete i will post some video clips.

Well its been a while fellas, so here's where i am up to. Just received a package of Caswell tank sealant to seal the fibre glass tank, this stuff is expensive but seems to be the best stuff available. I am going to seal the tank this weekend and get it over to the painters next week for some long awaited paint. Just fitted the 630 iris oring chain, again they are not cheap, but can't go anywhere without it.
I am on with manufacturing an aluminium rear hugger mud guard, and will post pic's when done. Not in any rush at the moment due to the weather (to cold) and i am sure we will see some of the white stuff before long.
Roll on the spring and some sunshine and a few miles going on the bike.

You could always push it round your car park whilst making brum brum noises (again)

Beekeeper, don't be put off. Have a go and build what you can it's not rocket science and it's all about building something that's individual.

put off, no.
humbled, yes.
that said, what you can do in bikes, i can do in cars and have done professionally for years.
because of that i know the amount of work involved and always give respect to quality work where its due.

Thanks for the compliments Beekeeper, They are much appreciated.
I have to say that i have much respect for people that are involved in bodywork and paint finishing, as my area of expertise is mechanics and machining.
