Uk Cafe nut Empty
PostSubject: Uk Cafe nut   Uk Cafe nut EmptyWed May 16, 2012 1:18 pm

Well what a great little forum this is. Very Happy
Just had a quick whizz through (via a link i found on the UK Z1OC forum).

I'm approaching 50, but have never been without a bike.
All the bikes I've almost ever had have been either classics or cafe racers in one form or another.

First cafe racer I had was a 75 Kawasaki S3 400 triple, heavily modified of course with full Denco engine and pipes. (I seized this on a regular basis).

Had a 1983 Moto-Martin Kawasaki Z1 for 7 years (god I spent far too much on that!).

Now have a heavily modified Z1000J I'm at present building into an ELR 1000 replica with Zephyr front and back ends.
Also have this 1976 S+S Silver Saxon (a tad rare with only one other remaining example in the world).
I also run the South Cheshire section of the VJMC here in the UK.
Regards, Will
