Hi there, My name's Newbie and I'm only just a legal rider! I've had my 125cc yamaha XT for around 8 months now but have recently been looking more into older classic bikes.

I've always been a fan of them, the royal enfields in particular, the bullet is my dream bike! I'm currently in the process of starting a 125cc café racer project, and if you have any ideas/thoughts please tell me [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]!

Hope I get to meet a lot of you around the forums!

While it is always nice to have a rough plan the coolest things happen out of necessity. As you build the bike it will evolve. Problems will raise (mostly lack of money) and the fixes will add an unique character to the project. Most important do what you like with the bike. Emulate things you like about other bikes and put that into your build and don't worry about following any "rules".

Have Fun!
