CB450 project, need some advice

I have a cb450 with a 500T motor and has been my cafe project. I had the original front end on it with the drum set up but wanted to go to a disc brake in the front with the mag wheel, i have forks off a 79 cb750F and been shopping around for a wheel, found this one butim unsure if its a dual or single set up rim. Curious to what else i would need in order to mount this wheel, any spacers...etc? still on the fence about whether im goin to do a dual or single set up, most likely i want to do a dual. anything will help, thanks. here is the web page on ebay about that wheel.
