Carol Nash used to be good for anything with 2 wheels, or Adrian Flux perhaps? They specialise in sports and kit cars so custom bikes shouldn't be a problem.
Just how custom? Worth looking in Streetfighter of BSH magazines?

Give Carole nash a ring. I used them for my scooter which was 10% original and 90% modified, and they were excellent. Had it on a modified policy with an agreed value of £5500.00 with recovery and personal cover. I think the premium was £140 fully comp.
